The ELAL app is tailored to offer personalized services to its customers. As part of the app's upgrade, we've introduced an enhanced order management system to provide a distinctive user experience.

Currently, El Al's website requires customers to identify themselves using a specific order number and last name. This process is often cumbersome, as customers must remember their order numbers, leading to lengthy login procedures. Moreover, managing multiple orders separately poses additional challenges.
